Removing a backplate

Hi guys,

Well, turns out the motherboard in my new system was dead on arrival, so I have to RMA the thing. Slight hitch - how do I remove the Tuniq backplate safely? Any tips? It's stuck on there good and tight and I don't want to break the board trying to pull it off. Advice very much appreciated
