Removing A Partition?

My friend has a branded laptop and its got those rubbish partitions on it which are useless on a laptops hard drive as they are too small.

How do you remove a partition?

Wouldn't advise removing that if no restore CD/DVD disc supplied. Those partitions store recovery info including a legit copy of the OS! Besides it shouldn't take up that much space compared to main partition.

If adamant on removing it, get this Advise you also backup just in case.
