Removing a service

How would I go about removing a service from the MMC in Windows 2003 Standard Server?

hijackthis can remove services in its advanced options

google it (with no spaces as i typed it) the homepage is merijin.org something..

can you not find this service in add/remove?

Hijackthis worked perfectly

Will keep SC command for future refrence.
