removing "bar" from folders - windows 7

Am not sure if you can. If you could it would be in control panel, folder options, etc. I wouldn't be too bothered if I was you, isn't the worst thing ever.

I'd like to remove it too. Seems like a pointless waste of space; I've never used it.

na nothing there, ive checked the usual places like folder options and visual performance options

i assume its along the lines of removing common tasks from folders, like we could in xp

but not been able to find it

Meh, must be doing something wrong, not working for me...

EDIT: Didn't say anything in the readme about having to restart the PC afterwards (stupid thing lol)
