As i posted in the CPU section my temps since i moved case are constantly creeping up. Currently over 80degrees. If i remove then refit with same paste will this be ok? I am pushing to get it done this weekend but have no paste in the house.
No. You've got to use fresh paste if you do that. Old paste won't bond the CPU and heatsink properly, so will probably result in even worse temperatures.
