Hey, other then using control panel are there any pro grammes that can completely remove graphics card drivers, so I have to install them again ?

Removing drivers

I personally uninstall drivers via Device Manager, and then run Driver Sweeper in safe mode. Works for me

Uninstall using the control panel, make sure it's removed from the device manager, boot into safe mode, run driver sweeper, reinstall in normal mode.
Works well for me every time
