Removing front panel from 650D

I replaced the top fan with 2 bitfenix Green 140's and the front with a bitfenix 200mm few months back.

No problems fitting the 200mm fan in the front, front airflow is ok but not great but so much quieter!

The wine from the corsair fans has gone.

Think I will pick up a 230mm one and see if that fits in the front. Only have 3 hard drives so moving the bay back isn't a problem.

So what's the lowdown here?

Bitfenix 200mm (20mm thick) fit the front with HD's in place.
Bitfenix 230mm fit thefront but you need to move the HD's.?
Coolermaster Megaflow fit but again, you need to move the HD's?

Have I got this right?

Anyone got any recommendations on the top fan - go with 230mm or 2x140? Off to buy a few today so could do with a quick response ;).

Anything over 200mm you need to move cages back or do some modding :) I have a rad on my top vent, but probably a CM Megaflow would be good.

Megaflows fit top and front but are 30mm thick so you would have to dump one cage and move the other. I've just done exactly this and it's made a great improvement to the noise. The only negatives are (i) the screws holding the front fan in were tight and the plastic started to complain, (ii) I found the back screw (nearest the mb) securing the drive cage is impossible to fit unless you have extremely small hands or you take the psu out and (iii) a drive in the bottom slot of the cage will not be fittable or removeable without removing the cage.
