Removing Macromedia Plugins

Hi,
How do I remove macromedia plugins from my internet explorer? I installed the wrong macromedia authorware plugin by mistake. I looked in add/remove programs but it isnt listed.

I have winxp and using IE 6.

could try simply removing things from..

C:\program files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS

its empty by default, and the plugin dll's will say what they are for, remove them when iexplore isn't running
