Removing old drivers.

I know this has probably been asked hundreds of times but, what's the best piece of software for removing graphics card drivers? And do you still have to do it in safe mode?

I use Driver Cleaner Pro and have used it in normal mode.

...Install/Uninstall Programs?
i guess driver cleaner pro will do that as well
