I have just left a message in the customer service forum, I recently bought two 32" BenQ BL3200 monitors from Overclockers UK, they arrived on Monday and today I managed to get them both set up.
However I have just noticed both have some feint scratches on the screen with one of them more larger than the other. I am sure they have been mishandled in transit.
I have asked what is the next step to take, eg whether I can return and exchange them or if I need to contact DPD/BenQ regarding them.
Anyway, is it possible to remove the scratches myself or is it best that I leave them as they are and hopefully I can get them both replaced?
It's annoying having just set them both up and they look really great to discover they both have scratches on them
