Removing spaces between tables

[Curiosityx]

Hi there firstly im not refering to padding or margin widths, i have created a table with two rows, in the top row i have one image and in the bottom i have another, i want to join them so they appear as one complete image but there is a small gap approx 1px between the two.

Is there anyway of removing this gap using either css or html?

Cheers
