Removing W32 BUGBEAR

Hi,

Norton keeps detecting w32.bugbear.mm on my pc......how do I remove it without reinstalling windows?

Please help

reboot to safe mode

Run stinger!

will stinger remove it 10000%?

I thought it would only get rid of it on the surface and not from the reg?

It should remove 100%, however if not download HiJackThis and run it and create a log file.

Copy the contents of the log file and have one of the following sites look over the contents for you and they will advise you of what to do. (I would normally do it for you, but I am going offline in a moment and wont be abck for 4 days lol).

So get one of these sites to look it over:

Admin - please dont look at this as competitors as you need people who know what they are doing to analyse a hijackthis log file
