Who here rents out games instead of buying? and where from?
I'm on the look out for a good online rental, excluding LoveFilm.com.

I've used numerous and Lovefilm are still the best, IMHO. Very timely turnaround and the discs never seem to get lost like every other place I've tried.

I thought Lovefilm were terrible for getting games out, they may be better these days.

Boomerang rentals and swapgame were much better for me.

A vote for Boomerang for me, best rental service I have used so far. (I have frozen my subscription recently, but that is due to me having too many games, rather than a problem with the quality of the service)

As others have said Boomerang are good, Used them when the Xbox 360 first came out and the games cost a fortune, never had a problem with them.

Fast delivery and good communications, oh wait, this isn't ebay...

I just signed up for the 3 month Lovefilm trial and I found them to be really quick sending stuff out. I only have 360 games on my list, and in the first 2 weeks have had Conan, Hour of Victory and Eternal Sonata.

Hour of Victory had a scratch so I went onto the website and in 2 clicks they had sent another copy out which got there the next day.

Can't complain about their service, especially as it's free! Not sure I'll carry on paying for it once the trial is over but for now it's cool for those additional achievement points and games I have no intention of buying.

It certainly sounds like they've improved since I last tried them.

I initially signed up with LoveFilm on PAYG but they do not state you cannot rent games unless you pay the inflated monthly fee. Their customer service was poor and too slow to respond for my liking.

Think Boomerang looks promising.
Anyone used GamezGecko.co.uk or PostBoxGames.com ?

Im thinking of using Tesco's Direct service, or BB to rent :)

Must get to 10K by end of next month, it's my set target! :O

Use boomerang.

Haven't got a complaint to make really.

The only thing to watch out for is holding onto games too long. I ended up keeping the same games for a very long time because I never got round to trading them in, and I was playing other games at the time so I wasn't in any need of a new game.

I signed up on the 3 month trial, paid for an additional month then cancelled as I didn't really have the time to get my money's worth. A few weeks later and they've sent me another three-months-for-the-price-of-one dealy, which was nice. Try calling them to cancel rather than doing it on the web, you might even be offered a deal right there and then.
