Hi, Wondering if anyone can give some advice?

Here's what happened...

I went into the bios to activate TPM to see if the computer would be suitable for windows 11. I also noticed xmp profile wasn't turned on so I also turned that on (having previous thought it was active).

After that, the computer started acting strange taking an age to open programs having previously been pretty rapid. Most programs such as file explorer just wouldn't open at all.
I wondered if I could have done something to the ram by turning on xmp so I then went through procedures of removing sticks to try and find faulty stick. Nothing changed. I even managed to boot into memtest86 which showed zero faults.

After eliminating the ram as a problem I wondered if it could be windows itself so I tried to reinstall windows via usb and remove the boot drive. I couldn't get the computer to boot into that and it would sit with a gigabyte loading ring indefinitely.
After that I tried to boot into the secondary BIOs as the board has a switch. That didn't work either.
I also tried to update the bios via usb q-flash plus but that didn't seem to do anything (this could be because I'm downloading and loading the usb with a Mac as my only spare system). Now im struggling to get the computer to boot into any kind UEFI

Since then i've tried to clear cmos using both the button on the board and the battery removal method. Both have left me with no UEFI boot.

I also seem to remember that when building the computer the board immediately needed a bios update just to support my CPU (Ryzen7 5800x). So maybe the clear cmos has left me with incompatibility?

What do I do next?

Clearing the CMOS won't break CPU compatibility. If the BIOS version supports that CPU, it's supported.

Have you tried a BIOS flashback? You format a USB to FAT32, put the BIOS file in the root directory as gigabyte.rom (or .bin - one of them) and then press the Q-flash button on the IO panel. There is only a specific USB port that works for this so check the manual for the right one.
