You need to see what the raw value is. You can work it out from hex, or if you're using something like crystal disk info, you can output it in decimal.
Also last time I checked smart data, there's a pending relocated sector, and a relocated sector counter. Your drives should last a good handful of relocated sectors, but I'd certainly advise to ensure anything valuable is backed up.

Run the manufacturer's (full scan) diagnostic and be guided by that.

Can you post a screenshot.
Sounds to me like you might be misreading what the smart info is saying.
