Replace Sky Router?

I have been having problems with my broadband and Sky believe its my router at fault. I have been quoted for a new Sky router but wonder if I would be better off buying something other than a Sky router. Your thoughts and advice would be appreciated thanks.

It won't be a straight swap but it can be done. Speak with cancellations and they'll likely give you one free. Try and get a Hub 3 but that may mean recontracting for another year.

Yeah. Dual band wireless including ac and Gigabit Ethernet.

The problem I am having if system freezing up when watching tutorial videos from youtube and web pages slow loading or part loading and then the last 50% of a page dropping in after a few seconds? Do you think sky are right in thinking its the router.

All devices and its an Ethernet connection to some and Wireless to others.
