Replacement cpu fan

i'v had a Thermaltake mini typhoon for about 2 years now, and the fan is starting to get really noisy.
i was wondering if it was posible to get, or anyone could recomend any quiet cpu fans anywhere with the 3 pin conector that run at high enough speeds that i could use to replace this, without having to get a whole new heat sink.
92mm fan btw.
