I currently have a Samsung SSD 840 evo drive which is what Windows runs on. it is probably a few years old now. My data is stored on a Seagate barracuda 2TB (ST2000). Unfortunately I do have memory related issues and find it difficult to remember when I built this PC or when the hard drives were put in. But at a guess probably 2019. I would like to upgrade these drives but its been a while since i've been following the latest tech news on what is considered reliable without breaking the bank. Any suggestions on brands of drives to replaces what I have currently would be much appreciated please? along with advice on the simplest way of cloning the drive so that it is a straight swap out ?
