Replacement for Seagate 7200.7 160g

I am looking to replace my Seagate 7200.7 160g IDE with a SATA drive of about 300 – 400g. I have been very happy with 7200.7 which has just worked and been fairly quick and also quiet.
I need a drive which is very reliable, quiet and reasonably quick. I was thinking of getting either a Seagate 7200.9 or 10 or maybe one of the Samsung drives which are supposed to be very quiet.
Does anyone have any recommendations or comments on my requirements?

Thanks for the answers, but you didn't mention how load the Seagates are. I have heard that there are two types of motor, 1 which is quiet and 1 which is noisy. Has anyone actualy heard these drives to do a comparison
