Hi,
I was given Beats studio free of charge;)
only problem is a cracked headband.
Does anyone know from where I could get a replacement from ?
there are some on bay of E, but located in states or Australia.
Couldn’t find anything in UK...
Thanks

Unless you can find someone selling maybe a pair that are broken for spares (failed drivers, for eg), then I don't think you're going to find any spares. Some headphone manufacturers make spares available, but these tend to be well respected brands, like Sennheiser and Beyerdynamic. You won't get Monster or now Beats themselves releasing spares for Dr Dre headphones, because they have one goal, to screw the customer out of as much money as possible; hence their ridiculous prices. They would prefer someone just shell out more cash for a new pair.

Guess warranty is out of the question?

I believe proper beat headphones have metal headbands? All the fake ones have plastic, my friend at work got conned with them and the packaging had hilarious spelling mistakes on it but I digress.

Cant you just go down the route where you got them from and replace under warranty, these are a "premium" item and I would expect their customer services to live up to the ridiculous price tag.

A friend's Beats headphones suffered a similar fate. He contracted the manufactures and had them repaired, from what I remember it was not a long or complicated process.

thanks guy for all replies.

top cover is plastic and main headband is metal. it is plastic that is broken.

only spare parts Ive found are inn states.

I might get in touch with them and ask if they would fix them or just send me a replacement headband.

Beats don't do spare parts and as those are out of warranty, they won't fix them...
Black tape for me and bay of e for a replacement headband later;)
