Seems the power supply in my aging (six years old) HTPC as blown. Whilst I'm ideally looking to replace the whole system with a lighter client (as all media/TV services are moving server side) I need to replace with something in the meantime.

PC upgrades aren’t my thing these days and no idea where to start as the majority of power supplies seem to be massively powered. Can anyone recommend a quiet/cheap power supply that will happily power the below:-

  • Antec NSK 2480 Desktop Case - Black/Silver (380W Earth Watts PSU) - This is the PSU that’s failed
  • Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2 Micro ATX (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
  • Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 "LGA775 Conroe" 1.60GHz (800FSB)
  • 2* Samsung SpinPoint T 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD501LJ)
  • Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO SILENT 256MB DDR2 HDTV/DVI (PCI-Express)
  • WinTV-NOVA-TD 500 PCI Card
  • GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency Dual Channel
Many thanks
Andy
