Hey all. I've got an L500 motherboard with a faulty MOSFET, model number TPCA8028-H. Datasheet: http://media.digikey.com/pdf/Data Sheets/Toshiba PDFs/TPCA8028-H.pdf
Closest match I have is a TPCA8036-H. Datasheet: http://www.dzjsw.com/cxyg/t/TPCA8036-H.pdf
Basically, can I replace the 8028 with the 8036? Only difference I can see is the current and avalanche energies. Can't see a laptop pulling 150A (lol) but not sure about avalanche energy.
Cheers
