all depends on spec, and if using esx ect. we have a few servers with over 200gb if ram, and xenon processors and have a few different sql servers running. among other things. but all comes down to money.

Indeed, virtualisation's a whole new ballgame, but I would be loath to virtualise the Domain Controllers in this case.
