Replacing ceramic hob

No disrespect I don't fancy shelling out 100 for him to just put 3 wires in I know where earth goes live go in terminal one each go in neutral 1 with the wires on top of the gold plates let me know if this right if possible cheers

What does the manual say? It should be unambiguous as to where to install the cables.

If you want to post images you need to use 3rd party hosting e.g. imgr, google drive etc.
