Replacing fan filter on a Fractal Design Define R3

i recently put a hole in the front fan filter of my case and was wondering what i can do to replace it.

The problem is that the fan filter is also the same bit of plastic that the fan fits onto. so i cant really swap it out, any ideas what i do or if i can buy a new one somewhere?

Cut the rest of the mesh off and use a piece of nylon stocking. Fantastic stuff for filters.
