Replacing Fans With These?

So i have decided that allow with a complete revamp of my non-existant cable management i have decided that i am going to replace all the fans, the 2 LED ones that come with the Case are pointless -the LED are not bright enough so i need :

Front Cooling: 140mm intake fan
Top Cooling: 140mm exhaust fan
Rear Cooling: 120mm exhaust fan
Side Cooling: 2 x 120mm intake fan

For the 120mm Fans i was looking at these : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-022-SY&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=4

what connection are these? 3pin or 4pin? would using a converter to make it the other type reduce the quality at all?

However for the 2 140mm fans i cant seem to find anything good, what would you recommend? performance only! i dont care what they look like they are both hidden so just 2 quality 140mm fans

with this in mind i am looking for a proper good Fan Controller - it needs to be able to control 5 fans i would prefer something Black (to go with the case)

for a total price i am looking to spend about about £75, £20 will be taken by the 3 fans already selected so that leaves about £55, could go to £60 for the 2 x 140mm fans and the fan controller

what would you guys recommend?

Bought that same controller myself, just have to get round to installing it. Quite a nice simple unit and it matches my case very well.

The zalman fan controller features standard 3 pin motherboard style connectors. And the akasa fans youve linked also use a 3 pin connector.

Never used the scythes myself tbh, At 1900 rpm they will be a bit loud when run full speed. but the akasa 140mm look fine. Im in the market for a couple of 140mm fans myself to replace the blue led fans on my case, ideally looking for black fans so im gonna go with 140mm yate loons.

i tried to look for them but couldnt really find anything :(
maybe i should go for a 1600rpm - will that still cool the system enough, i always think bigger numbers = better :)

1600 rpm would still be grand for case fans, my current setup consists of.

2 x 140mm 1000 rpm intakes
2 x 120mm 1500 rpm exhausts
2 x 120mm 300-1350 rpm pwm fans on cpu cooler.

Ive used the sharkoon 120mm 2000 rpm's before, dialled down on a fan controller they were excellent fans.
