Replacing harddrive, do I need a new Windows OEM?

Alright guys, my harddrive just bellied up and died, luckily I had most of my important stuff backed up. Just one quick question, If i'm replacing the harddrive of my computer do I need to buy a new Windows OEM aswell?

If you still have your old windows CD and license key, then no.

Alright, thats good, was worried i'd have have spend another 80 euros on top of a new hardrive, thanks.
