My radiator has a large hole in it and needs replacing. I'm a bit skint at the moment so going to try doing it myself.
Anyone got any tips for doing this and/or where to get a radiator (new or second hand) from?
P.s. i have little to none car maintenance experience.

cheers

a 2 second ebay search found a long list of dead cheap carina radiators.
Swapping a rad is dead easy, drain coolant, disconnect hoses, remove top brackets, lift out, then reverse the procedure.

Surely you can pick up a new one for under £50? Not worth bodging when you consider the worse case scenario.
