Hi there,
The drive in my iMac is dead so want to replace it.
Prices quoted by the local authorised service centre were ridiculous so i fancy doing it myself. It's out of warranty so I don't really have anything to lose.
Trying to find a replacement drive is a pain in the backside though.
I've found the Panasonic UJ-845 on an auction site for about £35 - is this drive compatible with the iMac?
