Hi guys,
I was going to buy a few Noctua NF-P12s to replace the exhaust fans on my P182 as they should give better cooling on high then the stock fans on low with less noise. However, I was wondering if replacing the fan in the Tuniq with one of these would give me better cooling? I have the fan running just under half way on the control as it gets a bit too noisy after that. As far as I can tell from the specs, the Noctua on full should move more air then Tuniq and produce less noise. Will this work or would there be a better low noise fan which would move more air for not much higher noise?
Also I was going to reseat the Tuniq as I don’t think its cooling as well as it should. I'm getting much higher temps then I should be and I cant push my OC any more till I can get the CPU temps lower.Would you suggest buying better thermal paste or is the stuff that comes with the Tuniq good enough?
