Hi guys,

I'm a freelance web designer, working with a variety of small businesses. I've been hosting my sites with 34SP up to date and I've had enough of them. I've had so many problems with them and when I finally complained last week their response was basically "deal with it". So I'm looking for someone else.

Can any of you recommend any decent reseller hosting?

I've had reseller hosting with TSO Host for the last couple of years. Never had any issues and top notch support.

1and1 . . . .

Im kidding. Don't.

I go Vidahost. Use them for my business, and apart from one outage, which was fixed within 3 minutes (I even got an email apologising for it) there has been zero downtime in the year. Managed to blacklist my IP which filezilla hammered the server with the wrong password and they got me up and running again in 5 minutes via email!

I have a personal account with them, purely because they still wil not let me move my domains with them. The servers are slow, the control panel is shoddy and poor. I have had many outages. I moved my business side to Vidahost and its like night and day!

Looking at vidahost then, thanks all. Can't be doing with the dedicated stuff right now, seems like a lot more hassle than I'd know how to deal with.

heartinternet have always been good to me. they even gave me an extra 3month free reseller package when i said i wanted to cancel it so ended up with 6months for £1.

I went looking at heartinternet reviews and found 2 in the last 6 months of 1 star, so wrote them off. Think I'm going to g with vidahost, sent them an email earlier and already had one back giving me a voucher for 10% so job done! Thanks all.

Looking at vidahost then.

Good call.

Sure, you'll pay a little bit more for your hosting than you might at one of the large and faceless corporate hosts, but if you were to have a problem at 2am, I highly doubt they'd answer your ticket within minutes like Vidahost and TSOHost will.

As you can tell, both are highly regarded around here because they offer premium levels of service without charging premium level amounts.
