That Wii bundle if you can call it a bundle:p needs more stuff like games it is just Wii sports you will get bored quick if u just have that. Get 1 or 2 more games you you will be having Fun Fun Fun!!!:)

that 'bundle' is just the normal bundle everyone gets

you would want another controller, and some games need an extra nunchuck, i know boxing does

As far as the extra controller goes try to get hold of wii-play. It's a decentish set of games at a bargain basement price once you figure in the cost of the wiimote you get with it.

well the bundle does come with a game I have never heard of Alien Syndrome??? so we are just going to trade this in for another game havent made up my mind on games but the list consists of:
Resident Evil
Trauma Centre
Mario Galaxy
Zelda

So i should get a extra Wii remote and a nunchuck

Get the 2nd Wiimote and a nunchuk.

All the games you've listed are good, but they're not really multiplayer ones. You could add Mario Strikers Charged to the list... can play both multiplayer and online (and multiplayer online combined).

I did write a Wii FAQ on here once but it got losted :(
What kind of TV will you be playing it on? For Plasma, think the Component or RGB Scart lead. For LCD, think Component. For CRT, the RGB may offer an improvement. Also, I would avoid 3rd party leads as they seem a little hit-and-miss.

Which Resi Evil? Umbrella Chronicles or RE4? I have RE4 and it's corking, deffo worth a look. RE:UC has mixed reviews about boring gameplay and sluggish controls- possibly a try-before-you-buy.

Zelda and SMG are deffo "Must Haves". Corking games with lots of play-time there. Metroid, Wii Play and Rayman are all worth a look.

Are you online with the Wii? It has WiFi built in but there's also a LAN connection available. The Nintendo one is freely available now but when I bought mine it wasn't, so I bought the Datel one and it works flawlessly. For playing Virtual Console games you may wanna consider a Classic Controller or, if you have a desire to play GC games, a GC
controller can be used on Virtual Console titles as well. The wireless Wavebird GC controller can be used on the Wii.

Get some Home Contents Insurance too. I can keep hold of my remote easy but lots of people seem to struggle for some reason :D

If you have to buy one thing? Get Super Mario Galaxy, mate- it's chuffing splendid :)

For multiplayer get Rayman: Ravin Rabbids (would recommend the first one), Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, and as said, mario strikers is good.

Guitar Hero 3 is an amazing game, and while not strictly multi with 1 guitar, it's damn fun with mates just passing it around.

Deffo get another wiimote and nunchuck!

Yesterday I got another wiimote and nunchuck and i got resident evil 4, Trauma Centre and mario party.
Very disappointed in mario party so i am going out today to get mario galaxy and maybe a couple of multiplayer ones.
Any recommendations???

Definitely ditch Mario Party.... it sux0rs.

Mario Strikers Charged is good for multiplayer fun, as is Rayman Raving Rabbids - I've not played the 2nd one yet but the 1st one is fun for adults as well as kiddiewinks.

Also buy Bomberman on the VC.... it's flippin' great fun :)

well got mario galaxy but still no luck with the multi player games. Could not find rayman anywhere or mario and sonic olympics.

Can you use any SD memory card with the Wii or does it have to be the official one?

Oh and depending what TV you have a component cable is worthwhile. You may notice the old 'jaggly' lines a little more (I wish the Wii did x2 AA or 1080i but you will be looking at 480p) as the quality is sharper but it is deffo worth the money. I got my third party one for just over a fiver and works great.

And perhaps one more handy option, I got the energizer 15 minute battery charger from a shop for under 15 quid including 4x 2200 mAh batteries, wasn't so interested in the docking stations. If I want my remotes charged I want to have a cup of tea and be ready to rock ;)

What are the best single player Wii games out there? I've got Trauma Centre as I loved the DS version, but thats it. Also, whats a reasonable price for Wii Play? Its usually £35 isn't it?
