Reset bios...

Apparently that mobo has a special feature that just requires a rebbot to clear the CMOS - although this sounds a little odd. It should all be explained in the manual. Normally there is a jumper which needs to be moved to reset the CMOS. Look for this in the manual too. Currently unable to get Asus site to work properly hence lack of a decent answer.
 
Is it possible you've borked the board?

I'd try this: Unplug power from PC. Remove battery from mobo. Leave overnight. Re-insert battery/mains lead (in that order). See if it powers on.

If that doesn't reset the CMOS nothing will.
 
ah, well bleeping noises signify a specefic problem depending on the number of beeps - again this should be stated in the manual.

Reseating GPU/CPU/RAM may be worthwhile. Also check all power connections, fans connected etc. Made any other changes bar overclocking?
 
Just below the battery (next to the floppy connector) there are two jumpers. The upper one is the one you want. The pins are numbered 123 from the left. Move them across so pins 2/3 are jumpered. According to the manual you also have to remove the battery which seems to make the jumper a bit redundant. Also remember to unplug the PSU.

Are you using a 3-pin or 4-pin CPU fan? If it's a 3-pin then you need to set a jumper for that too - it's the one by the 1st bank of RAM at the top of the board. Move the jumpers to the top two pins for a three pin fan or the bottom two pins for a 4-pin.

And do remember to plug in all the power sockets (especially the 4-pin molex by the 1st graphics card slot) as it won't boot up inless you do.

I've had a couple of these now and they're a little bit unusual, but they are great once they get going!
