Reset Windows Sizes

Is there a way to reset the default windows sizes for applications? For example, so I changed the size of iTunes or maybe Safari, but wanted to restore it to the default size.

Is there a file I can delete or a terminal command to run?

I'd imagine that deleting the appropriate preferences file would put it all back to default.

Something like this...

/User/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.plist

Will I break anything if I just delete that to test it out?

There's a bunch of stuff in there - open it in a text editor (or the dedicated tool if you have Xcode) and look for any size related settings.
