Resident Evil 5 Jill Valentine Story Question

Simple question -

In the RE storyline I know "we" removed the device injecting the drug into her so she's not being controlled anymore, but does that mean she's now completely normal now, or still retains some of her abilities / speed?

It's been ages since I played through RE5 so don't really remember it exactly

Yup. It was really stupid. Throughout the game you see this mystery character a few times wearing a big cape and mask.

During one of the final cut-scenes there's what's supposed to be a "big reveal" where you find out who the mystery character is. The mask comes off to reveal a blonde woman who doesn't look anything like any previous characters from the RE series. Apparently that's Jill.

I know, but we're talk about afterwards, basically after RE5.

Does she still have the "wesker" power!

Na, I'd prefer to have her non playable. Or maybe just have her in "special areas" like say Steve was in Code Veronica or Ada was in RE2.
