Resident evil: revelations 2 release

The raid mode on this is IMMENSE!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't think I'd play it as I barely touched the first games raid mode, but I've sunk 2 hours into it tonight and had to force myself to stop instead of "one more round" mentality. Starts off super easy and starts to get quite challenging, especially on the harder stages that you unlock. The weapon drops and upgrades for them are pure RNG as well, so its like gambling to see if you can get a far better weapon by farming the easier modes to make the harder ones possible. At level 5 I dumped myself into a lv 15 level by accident and ran out of ammo on the 22nd enemy after 15 minutes of running around trying to dodge everything lol. The perk system is also pretty nice as its a good excuse to also farm the skillpoints you get from leveling and achievements to make everything more powerful.

Its like capcom took diablo 3's approach to legendaries and stuck it into raid mode. Really quality product there.

Still loving raid mode on this. Sunk another 2-3 hours into it and have to force myself to stop lol. Thought it was super easy up until around lv 20 where I now get killed quite a few times depending on the type of enemy I face. Sure some of it is down to me just playing badly, but another is pure RNG, with the communications officer creature from revelations 1 being behind a progress door that has sprint and extra armour lol. Literally unavoidable and 1 shot me :(

My mate made a good point that it's been like 15 years since CV was released, so she won't look like the teenager she was in that. Shame as she was a qt :(.

It's nothing to do with that, Jill is older than her by a few years and looks fine but looks nothing like Jill in Revelations nor does Barry look like Barry. I'm not sure why or how they ****ed the facial models up in the Revelations series but they did, maybe it's because they are 3DS games?

Recently completed this and for me the game had it's ups and downs. It started of slow, picked up and then went back down again. The story was nothing special at all unfortunately. It started feeling like a chore playing the last campaign until pretty much the last quarter of it which was kind of interesting.

Got bored of raid mode as it got repetitive after a while also, but it was a nice touch and added to the longevity of the game.

Trouble is this game is no way near as good as Resident Evil Remasted and I think because the bar was set so high in that game I think I will likely always feel disappointed in new Resident Evil games :(

Raid mode is fun for a while, but can get repetitive quick. It did for me.

The game is worth playing, but just did not feel like resident evil game to me. They are going in the wrong direction... Even though revelations 1 was not great, it was better than this.

Do not like all this episodic bull. Oh and Barry's daughter is well annoying.

Apart from the odd mouse movement issue, this release is fast becoming my favorite Resident Evil from the RE series..

Finished Revelations 1 last week and while a decent game it wasn't anything special.. Revelations 2 however bring back the Horror of what I loved about RE and with great Graphics and voice acting.

Not yet completed it but my god I am so gob smacked by this release over Rev 1 its like in a different league over other New-ish RE games.
