Yes the more powerful cheats such as health regen, infinite ammo and all weapons just prevent the "brutal" trophy from unlocking. You get that by playing on Superhuman difficulty.

I had enough credits for infinite ammo. Great fun just blasting everything willy nilly with the auger now.

Yours has the same range but the see through wall sight wont pick much up at that range, if you do hit an enemy they will be revealed on the display, fairly useful for when you have the 3rd level auger which fires a 3 shot spread.

Yep that was a pain, then there was defending the pub (god knows how you make it through that part without any of them breaching it) and then the Brawler which was surprisingly easy on his own it was his minions that kept getting me, hopefully things will die down a little now....
 
For the bit when you defend the pub, I lay down some hedgehogs (much better that they stay dormant until enemy nears now), used a couple of the marksman's mini turrets and used the atomizer's secondary thingy to hold the baddies in place whilst I picked them off.

Took about three goes but I did the trophy in the end.
 
Got this on Saturday and pretty much played it solidly since. It's a lot easier than the 2nd one, which actually disappointed me, got the platinum in 2 playthroughs.

Multiplayer is sometimes abysmal sometimes great. They need to really sort out the spawning as you can just pretty much be spawn camped for the whole match and get raped and vice versa. Lag is terrible especially when there's a reasonable amount of action going on around you, and whoever thought it was a good idea to allow a rocket launcher as a primary weapon should be fired. Such an unfair weapon given how much effort it takes to kill someone with a machine gun.
 
I got past that bit and just done the bit with the widowmaker So just started chapter 18 i think. Still enjoying it... Even when it gets tough its great. At the bit now where you are in a aircraft and the back opens into a big area that gets a bit mental with hellfire troops, jumpers and snipers.. :eek:
 
Has anyone else had any lockups loading a game? I have had it twice now. Basically i start the PS3, load the game, go to continue the game and it goes to load and then after a short while the loading icon stays static and i have to hard power off. I have seen a few reports of this on the web and thought it was just my PS3. Its never happened on any other game.

Yes. The first time I started a new game I was faced with a back screen. Also, inbetween missions sometimes my screen will go black for a short period, but it'll eventually start the next mission/cut scene.

I also seem to get them on mutliplayer, always before I'm about to die.

Speaking of MP. Trying to play CTF when the enemy team is spawn trapping you is not fun. Also, is there a counter to the Auger?

I had one freeze in the campaign. Although it wasn't when loading, it was just during the level :(.
 
The newest patch has ruined team deathmatch, games are now far too short. Seems to be 5000 team points = victory meaning a game with 2 full teams is over in about 2 minutes.

Yeah it holds up well, i did notice however that people and objects seem to be a bit blurry until you get close to them compared to full screen. Horizontal split so provided you have a decent sized TV no other real issues with it.
 
Just completed this, amazing from start to finish. There wasn't one part that I didn't enjoy.

Only problem I had was at some points of the game it didn't really explain what you had to do or where to go, so sometimes I was running around in circles. Apart from that.. just awesome.
 
just played from start to chapter 7 and seems really good! nice setting and surroundings, graphics arent the best of the exclusives out there but they are still colourful and suit the setting well! guns are quite cool :)

Oh yes that's one thing that I thought was great about it, it makes you log in as another user from your PlayStation, which is easy to set up and I don't think it requires another psn account. But if it is connected to another psn account you will both get the trophies for it :) Never seen that before in any game.
