Hi guys, I'm kind of losing my mind here and getting very frustrated.
For work we use a program/website called Reslogic, which is a form of reservations software for all our holiday bookings. Using it involves going on the site, logging in and creating individual bookings/adding services as well as generating emailers for quoting/invoicing.
Late on Tuesday night I went on to invoice a customer and whenever I tried to open up the emailer page it would take me back to the front login page. I'd then log in, open up the booking, try to load the emailer again and same problem.
It has been doing this every single time and for the past day now I've not really been able to do any work, which is a massive pain. I've tried clearing everything in firefox, cleaned up everything with cc cleaner, restarted etc and nothing has seemed to work. Same thing happens on IE and no one else in the company is having any issues so it seems to just be on my laptop (Samsung Ultrabook).
I know most of you won't be familiar with the software itself, but does anyone have any ideas for things I could try? A knighthood to any man who fixes this.
