Restart Problem

When mine did this it turned out to be a faulty stick of memory, but it could be a number of things.
Run memtest over night see what results it gives you, you got to start some where :)
 
Are you running overclocked, try doing a CMOS reset, also like Mick-1965 mentioned could possibly be a faulty RAM stick.
 
Update your Bios to latest, set memory voltage to 2.0-2.1v check your memory timing’s 5-5-5-15. Also up your Northbridge (mch) voltage +0.1 since you are running four sticks of G.skill 8GB (4x2GB) PC2-6400C5 800MHz this should help with stability.

Hi was going of your sig my mistake, check to see what your memory voltage is and timings and set them G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PK PC2-8500C5 (2x2GB) x2 memory voltage 2.0-2.1v, memory timings 5-5-5-15.and up your Northbridge(mch) voltage +0.1v since you are running four stick,s.
