Restarting WOW: funnest class?

Warlock imo. Depends what you like, most Druids either get pushed into Feral (but limit use for this - so some say) or totally restoration specced. The warlock sorta sticks to his own stuff throughout and just sits at the back doing his bit.

Surely that depends on the player and whether or not their only aim from the game is to be in a serious raiding guild?

I've seen warriors take on 2 people but most other classes me and my Rogue mate can down them pretty quick. Without either of us copping it.

I'd say 5 vs 1 with a 'lock is possible. Against rogues it isn't too bad - just use death coil/fear/dot/fear/SB/SF down

My alt warlock is at 57 and I crit quite regularly (with naff gear) for 1800 on my soul fire and 1100 shadow bolts.

Different tactics to a priest obviously, but nature's swiftness and in-battle res can be incredible life savers.

Stick a druid with a priest or a pally just for ressing and bob's your uncle.

I loved healing, as I often got commended for doing a great job.

Obviously you need to deal with noob pick-up groups that blame you if they can't manage their agro, but I'm sorry, I will keep the tank alive, and if a rogue dies, tough, someone can res him/her afterwards, hehe

Depends on gear and setup doesnt it, I've critted cloth for 2000+ on an opener a few times, and im a druid lol.

heh my tactic for Warlocks:

Ravage (hope it crits for 1500+) Moonfire and Faire Fire, Feral Charge, Bash, Cat Form, Shred = dead lock.

Doesnt often happen like that, but thats what I aim for. In BGs especially rarely get a 1v1.

lol yep. You play on AD?

But, stick a load of strengh and Agi stuff on any melee class and they can can respectable damage, that coupled with the pallys healing and armour, can be quite effective.
