Restarts To Bios When Installing Windows 8.1

Hi,

I have put the Windows 8.1 disc in and when it comes up press any key to boot from cd and I hit something it restarts to the "press del to enter bios" etc and doesn't move forward from there.

Any suggestions?

Sorry for the double post but I think I may have fixed it but I need it clarified its normal.

I went into boot order and there was about 10 lines. The first 8 or so have UEFI and the list then near the bottom was just plain versions of DVD ROM and HARD DRIVE.. I moved them to 1st and 2nd and it worked fine.

Is that safe to have? Put the UEFI stuff at the bottom?

should be okay, once your finished I would set whatever your C:\ is to #1 again
