Restoring folder toolbar?

I have no idea what caused it but the toolbar and address/location bar at the top of all my windows folders have vanished?!

It was just like that when I turned the computer on a couple of days ago.
I dont remember installing anything that might have caused it and those 2 extra icons in the top right are just part of ultramon, dual screen program thingy which i've had installed for ages so I dont think its causing the problem.

I've tried the alt+V/T shortcuts but I just get the 'You cant do that!' ding.

OS: Win XP x64 Pro

Anyone seen this before? :/

hmm, try creating a new user account and logging into that, see if its still a problem

yes its fine in a new account, do you know why that is?
Would be helpful if I could fix the admin account since thats got all the settings and such setup.

Although now i've created a new account i've lost easy access to the default administrator one so i might as well just transfer setting over and start using new one

now idea i'm sorry

try downloading ccleaner and ticking ALL the options in the cleaning section, it resets sizes of windows and things i think.. (will only do current account logged in)
