Retail version of The Witcher 2 question?

I've just ordered Witcher 2, it's the retail version with disk.

I'm just wondering do I need to manually update the game? Or will it update automatically?


Sorry for the simple question, I haven't bought a new game in a while.

it will look for updates for you, sure theres an option for it if it doesnt anyway

also with your set up crank it up to max everything almost apart from uber sampling
