easiest way is a 2 or 3 litre fizzy water bottle, a cork, some teflon tape and a needle valve.

Great fun for entertaining my nephews, attached a few offset fins and get some spiral stability.

WOuldn't want to be hit by some of the one's I've let off as they certainly cleared a few hundred feet.

World record is nearly 1800m apparently
