Returned XFX 7970 GPU, ******** Poor Customer Service

Hello.

Last Friday, I sent back a faulty XFX 7970 GPU to ** No disguised competitor naming - do you really think that wouldn't be spotted *** via their Parcelforce Express 24 collection service. ******** received the GPU back Monday 15 April at 09:15 AM (It states this on Parcelforce's tracking). Basically, ******** haven't contacted me about anything to do with sending-out a replacement Card, nor have they confirmed my return is with them?? So, yesterday, I contacted them by telephone, explaining to them that I wasn't happy that they didn't let me know by Email. The customer service rep couldn't get any information on her computer, and she said, the returns department would contact me asap by telephone. Long story short, ******** failed to contact me yesterday. So, again, I made another telephone call to them this morning, only to be told the very same thing as before! "The returns department will contact me asap"

I doubt they'll contact me, as I've read many complaints about their poor customer services online. I have sent them a few Email's - all without reply:mad:

Does anyone know the best way to deal with ********?
 
Seems like they are too busy so you need to keep trying. I'm closing this as it's not an OcUK issue. You need to deal with them. tip - Shop at OcUk next time :)
