a month ago i baught a mouse, exactly 1 month after it broke.
I baught the same mouse from the same place to replace it.

I was thinking i would return the old broke mouse, in the new mouses box and say "IT BROKE! REPLACE IT PLEASE!"

how dodgy is this ? and do you reckon they will check it, or just replace it no quible?

The shop i got it i cant mention but its a big UK electrical online place. I assume they process a heck of a lot each day.

I've done it before with an XFX6800GT that suffered a bit too much overclocking. Brought a new one, put the broken one back in the new box and took it back. It was tested, deemed dead and money refunded.

Thats ok, neither could fireblade900 (brought is NOT correct in that case!).

And by the way, its morally wrong, but im sure more of us have done it than will let on ;)
