I've got a 160GB Seagate HDD that seems to freeze my system. I've had it in 2 completly different PC's, entirely different set of hardware and whichever one it is in will randomly lockup. I've narrowed this down to the HDD. However, when I run the Seatools scan, it doesn't find anything wrong with the drive.
I'm wanting to return it under warranty but due to the Seagate guidelines for returning a drive, I need to package it in a certain way. I don't have the foam needed so I was wondering where I could get it from. They provide a link to their supplier for packaging but I'm not sure if this is for businesses only.
Any help is appreciated
