Just bought some ddr4 4x4 GB team group ram that was on sale during Black Friday ready for my x99 setup ... Everything's fine and dandy except the ram is not the same as shown in the picture ...

1 - it's actually a dual channel kit stuck together , says so on box

2 it's got green PCB and not black like in the picture

Can see why these where on sale

Can I return these under DSR as they're not the right description . Never returned anything to ocuk befor So do I just contact them. Via phone or what ?

Many thanks

If they weren't as described, or pictured, absolutely. Just make an RMA ticket, or post in the customer service subforum.

Yeah, I just received the same but the PCB is black on mine.

TBH I'm not quite sure what to do with it. It is literally two packs marked "Dual Channel Kit" stuck together - but stuck together by Teamgroup tape on all 4 sides with a Teamgroup sticker saying "DDR4 4x4GB 2400".

Would I be right in thinking they're just reusing the packaging and that it actually is a matched set of 4 that'll work in quad channel?

The thing is, I wasn't planning to actually build the system using this RAM for a few weeks so if this RAM doesn't work in quad I'll be annoyed - and not sure if I'll be able to return it at that point.
