Hey all,

I bought some shoes on Saturday, and when buying them, the guy said if you're not happy with them, just come back and we'll give you a full refund, so long as the shoe isn't worn. So I've worn them for a bit today in the office (took my other pair with me too) and found them to be destroying my feet, so I'd like to return them. Would I be right in saying I can return them without problems?

Regards,

Think about it for a second.. the only way you could return them is technically by defrauding the shop and implying you've never worn them..

He said worn as in, damaged or the leather creased in anyway. If that helps.
