Returns query

Hey all,

My mate's Asus 6800GT decided to die last week so he upgraded, upon closer inspection it's still under warranty. If he sent it back to Asus do you reckon he would get another 6800GT back, an equivalent performance current line card or an equivalent price at time of purchase current line card?

They have to supply a card of equal/or better performance, it'll probably be the latter, as i can't see them having any 6800 GT's now.

What do you reckon he would receive then? He will be selling it anyway as he got himself a 7900GS
